  • No. You can submit your application while awaiting your endorsement letter. However, if you make it beyond the first stage, you will need your endorsement letter to progress to the video interview stage

  • Only applicants within the 35 – 50 years age range are eligible to apply.

  • No. You need to initiate a new application

  • The challenges experienced may vary, depending on individual participants. 

  • Your organisation can confirm the conventional equivalence of your grade through your endorsement letter.

  • Leadership track record, tangible achievements in governance, service delivery and policy implementation, etc. 

  • The programme is at no cost to participants. However, participants will bear the cost of transportation to the Residential and Closing Ceremony events while the Foundation will be responsible for accommodation and feeding.

  • Register on the portal. You will need an endorsement letter detailing your grade level, your current department and your job role. You will need to upload your credentials and a passport photograph.

    • Age: 35-50 years old

  • No. However, it is an annual programme and you will be eligible to apply to the subsequent cohorts.

  • The programme is a blended learning format with both online and physical training sessions.
