Register on the portal. You will need an endorsement letter detailing your grade level, your current department and your job role. You will need to upload your credentials and a passport photograph.

The programme is at no cost to participants. However, participants will bear the cost of transportation to the Residential and Closing Ceremony events while the Foundation will be responsible for accommodation and feeding.
