As part of the learning journey of the Aliko Dangote Foundation's “Building Africa at Scale,” our Chairman, Mr Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, hosted young global leaders from the World Economic Forum in a conversation on what it takes to build and sustain institutions, turn ambition into results and prepare others to take the work forward.
Drawing from his own experience, he spoke about the role of vision, strong governance and capable people in building organisations that can create value over the long term. The exchange reinforced the need to continue to share lessons from his journey and help create the conditions for young African leaders to succeed.
The conversation reflects the importance of investing not only in today's leaders, but also in the people who will lead Africa's institutions in the years ahead.
