Through our partnership with the Federal Civil Service Commission, we will help the Commission leverage technology to improve recruitment processes and personnel management across the Federal Civil Service.
As part of our commitment to digital transformation of the public sector, we have formalised a strategic partnership with the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding.
This collaboration seeks to accelerate the Commission’s digital transformation. In alignment with two critical pillars of the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan (FCSSIP25), we will provide technical support for the deployment of an Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) and build the capacity of staff of the FCSC through customised trainings.
The Federal Civil Service Commission plays a vital role in recruiting, promoting, and disciplining officers across Nigeria’s Federal Civil Service. This partnership is expected to significantly enhance the Commission’s internal processes, from document and records management to staff training and development. The result will be a more efficient Commission, equipped with the means to fully carry out its objectives.
