MoU Signing with FRSC: Building Strong Organisational Culture

Strategic partnerships move us closer to our vision of a world-class public service. Our partnership with the Federal Road Safety Corps, formalised through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding, will support efforts to enhance efficiency and improve service delivery. 

In line with our commitment to strengthening public service delivery, we have formalised a strategic partnership with the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding. 

This collaboration supports the ongoing initiative “Building Organisation Culture in the Federal Road Safety Corps”, aimed at building a stronger, values-driven organisational culture within the corps. As part of the partnership, we will deliver targeted training programmes designed to build staff capacity, focusing on skill development, innovation, and the mindset shifts needed for long-term transformation. 

The FRSC plays a critical role in safeguarding lives and ensuring road safety across Nigeria. By investing in its people and systems, this partnership is expected to enhance the Corps’ effectiveness, improve service delivery to Nigerians, and build a more agile, high-performing workforce equipped to meet its mandate.
