Through our work supporting public sector reform, we have worked closely with public sector leaders to understand what helps reforms succeed and what can stand in their way.
Drawing on these insights, as well as the experiences of our alumni leading reform projects across various institutions, we developed the Public Sector Reform Playbook. The resource distils practical lessons from real reform journeys and offers a structured approach to navigating change within the public sector.
