Access Bank Plc is Nigeria’s largest and most respected African bank with 600 branches across 12 countries. Access Bank provides technical assistance on our projects.
Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford is committed to improving the quality of government and public policymaking worldwide. We partner with the School on our capacity building initiatives, providing fellowship opportunities and scholarships to attend the University of Oxford and in-country executive education programmes for the public sector workforce. We also leverage their knowledge and networks for our civil service reforms and evidence-based advocacy initiatives.
Compliance Institute, Nigeria was established to encourage, promote and revive adherence to regulatory compliance within the financial industry and beyond. The Institute provides technical assistance on our projects.
Coronation Group is a leading African financial services provider, offering asset management, insurance, investment banking and securities trading. Coronation provides technical assistance and funding for our digitalisation project with the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF).
The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) provides official statistics in all Nigeria’s Federal Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), State Statistical Agencies (SSAs) and Local Government Councils (LGCs). The NBS is a partner in the development of our Public Sector Performance Index.
The Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG) is a private sector-led think-tank and policy advocacy group based in Nigeria. It is a non-profit, non-partisan, and apolitical organisation that promotes sustainable growth and the development of the Nigerian economy. We are collaborating with the NESG on the development of the Aig-Imoukhuede Public Sector Performance Index and the Nigeria Public Sector Reforms Research project.
The Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF) is responsible for the leadership, management and capacity development of the Federal Civil Service of Nigeria. As part of our partnership with the OHCSF, we are supporting the Capacity Building and Talent Management, Digitalisation, and Performance Management pillars of the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan 2021-2025 (FCSSIP25).
The Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF) monitors and coordinates the implementation of government policies and programmes, serves as the frontline advisory institution of the Presidency, drives policy formulation, harmonisation and implementation and monitors institutions of governance. The OSGF is a partner in the development of our Public Sector Performance Index.
Service Compact with All Nigerians (SERVICOM) is an initiative of the Federal Government of Nigeria conceived to promote effective and efficient service delivery in Ministries, Departments and Agencies, to ensure customer satisfaction and to manage the performance-expectation gap between the government and citizens on issues of service delivery. We are collaborating with SERVICOM on the development of our Public Sector Performance Index and ensuring the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System in the OHCSF.
