Emily Aig-Imoukhuede Endowment Fund

The Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation honoured 16 outstanding civil servants at the 2025 Civil Service Week Gala, introducing new awards that celebrate excellence and professionalism in Nigeria’s public service.

During the 2025 Civil Service Week Gala Night, the Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation proudly honoured 16 exceptional civil servants through its Emily Aig-Imoukhuede Endowment Fund for Public Sector Excellence. 

This year, the Foundation expanded the scope of its recognition programme by introducing two new award categories, the Presidential Civil Service Merit Award, with each recipient receiving ₦500,000 and the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation EPIC Award, with each winner awarded ₦250,000. These awards reflect our commitment to promoting professionalism, integrity, and excellence within Nigeria’s public service. 

Since the Fund’s launch in 2022, over ₦50 million has been awarded to 111 outstanding civil servants across the country. The initiative continues to inspire high performance, reward innovation, and spotlight the incredible dedication of public servants working to build a better Nigeria. 

In recognition of its long-standing partnership with the civil service, the Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation also received a Special Recognition Award from the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, a moment that highlighted the shared vision for a transformed, effective, and forward-thinking public sector.
